How are you doing? I know this past year has been incredibly tough for many of us. Between the pandemic, economic uncertainty, and social unrest, it's been a lot to handle. But I wanted to reach out and offer some strategies that can help you bounce back and start feeling better.


First off, remember that you're not alone. We're all in this together, and there are people and resources out there to help you. Secondly, try to focus on the things you can control. It's easy to get bogged down by things outside of our control, but shifting your focus to what you can control, like your attitude, daily habits, and relationships, can make a big difference.


Another great strategy is not to set any intentions, but if you feel that you want to challenge yourself. Break down your intentions into smaller, more manageable steps, and celebrate every little win along the way. And don't forget to take care of yourself! This might mean taking a break from work and technology, practicing self-care activities like exercise and meditation, or reaching out to friends and family for support.


Finally, remember that it's okay to take things one day at a time. Bouncing back from a tough year is a process, and it won't happen overnight. But with the right mindset and support, you can start moving forward in a positive direction.
