Hi I’m Chrissy,


I had a busy mind for most of my life, creating confusing emotions, feelings and oughts, particularly depression, low self-worth, anxiety and overwhelm. Mind-full to Mindful is one of my favourite Practices to find my Peaceful Mind and transform from MIND-FULL to Mindful without using Conventional Therapy.

After being diagnosed with anxiety disorder and depression and not feeling aligned with Conventional Therapies, I knew there had to be another way, and I would find it.


I left my job and spent a year supporting myself and breaking through with a step-by-step process to bridge the gap between conventional therapies and soulful alignment, I've been helping others to do the same for over a decade.
